how can I get my salary from a company even though i no proof?
I have to lodge a complain against a company (Proglogix Research & Development PVt Ltd).that
the company selected me for the post of web developer At the salary 13000 per month.on 5th June 2009
they had told me , my HR is not available at now I will give your offer letter latter.After doing work there
1.5 months on (on 20 july 2009) they did not give me offer letter nor my salary they terminated
me .& gave me one SMS that you are terminated from proglogix Research & Development Pvt Ltd. this
SMS is only i have for proof .
or give me assistance in this regards.
First of all, u should never have worked unless u got ur offer letter. u can not prove them that u worked for 1.5 months really. But as far as that SMS, it confirms u did work for some time, and thats y dey terminated u. Go 2 a consumer court and i guess u might get free consultancy. They’ll guide u further, u can file a suit agaisnt them. Its against company law 2 make u work without a salary, offer letter, etc. It might take long, but I guess consumer courts are faster. best of luck. Careful next time, never work without documents.!
