College major should I choose?
I start college next year and I'm torn between genius electrical engineering computer and information technology. I love working with computers. I have a fairly extensive training in web development, graphics, Linux and Mac OS X and hardware. In my career I hope that the design of things like touch screens, and other types of interfaces, and design and development of high-tech electronics. At first I liked for Electrical Engineers have a high pay and work with a lot of really complex electronics, but I hear that many EE's stuck at work as an engineer evidence to press buttons and see the lights. Then I looked in computer engineering, but also heard that many software engineers are stuck in jobs low-paid IT. Computers Then I learned that it is difficult to find a job and most computer scientists are trapped in programming jobs low end. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The way to avoid is to achieve mastery. You can, as everybody should begin at the base. But his stay in control at this level should be short. Team leader level progression after 3 years. Without control, it would be 5-6. The People leave the computer and computer mass – there are great opportunities for those willing to persist. The reason they leave is that people want at the bottom of a life easy – in the calculation that should improve their skills all the time. Those who are willing to have a bright future if the study of CS or CE. If you choose, I Engineering software – but it wont really make much difference. Me and my one inch. I wonder how many years I spent at the coal face? I suspect your a good round number – very round. I was talking the other day in one of the programmers, I worked with that I keep in touch. It was a DBA and is now retired like me. Saw we have worked with someone who begged him to return – they are desperate, really desperate. Nobody wants to do more programming work. He offers an immediate start. But like me, are sick of it – 30 years is long enough. He is happier pursuing a doctorate in English. Thanks, Bill
